La movilizaci\u00f3n social no puede ser objeto de ning\u00fan tipo de violencia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El pronunciamiento del mandatario recoge un trino que previamente hab\u00eda publicado en la misma red social el ministro de Defensa,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ivan_Velasquez_\/status\/1766806619726213499?ref_src=twsrc%5etfw%7ctwcamp%5etweetembed%7ctwterm%5e1766808377663914353%7ctwgr%5e2ad9aa096374af2a424333c55df6e4f21cb53787%7ctwcon%5es3_&amp;ref_url=https:\/\/www.elespectador.com\/politica\/petro-pide-a-policia-investigar-operacion-de-antiguo-esmad-en-marchas-del-8-de-marzo-en-bogota-8m-noticias-colombia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Iv\u00e1n Vel\u00e1squez<\/em><\/a>, en el que tambi\u00e9n descalific\u00f3 la actuaci\u00f3n de la UNDMO:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDesde la noche del viernes se ordenaron las investigaciones para establecer la realidad de lo ocurrido y tomar las decisiones que correspondan. No vamos a permitir que la UNDMO retome pr\u00e1cticas que cre\u00edamos superadas ni que afecte de ninguna forma la pac\u00edfica movilizaci\u00f3n social\u00bb, escribi\u00f3 el ministro.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.policia.gov.co\/especializados\/antidisturbios\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>UNDMO<\/em><\/a>, seg\u00fan la Polic\u00eda Nacional, es la Unidad de Di\u00e1logo y Mantenimiento del Orden, dependencia de la Subjefatura Nacional del Servicio de Polic\u00eda, \u201cencargada de atender las reuniones, manifestaciones p\u00fablicas y pac\u00edficas, protestas y huelgas cuando las circunstancias de tiempo, modo y lugar lo ameriten; as\u00ed como, intervenir ante situaciones de alteraci\u00f3n del orden p\u00fablico tales como, motines, disturbios,\u00a0 asonadas o cualquier otra actividad delictiva, violenta o contraria a la convivencia, derivada de la aglomeraci\u00f3n de personas en espacios p\u00fablicos o privados del territorio nacional, con el fin de restablecer los derechos y libertades p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>El mismo viernes, durante la concentraci\u00f3n masiva en la Plaza de Bol\u00edvar, ya el jefe de Estado hab\u00eda rechazado la actuaci\u00f3n del cuerpo policial. En su cuenta de X el presidente Petro escribi\u00f3:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNo le ponen planos cerrados. No lo transmiten. No lo tratan con dulzura. Le estallan las lacrim\u00f3genas y aturdidoras. Pero es enorme. 8 de marzo en Bogot\u00e1.\u00bb Este trino va acompa\u00f1ado de un video en el que se nota la gran cantidad de mujeres que participaron en la marcha.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En otro mensaje de la misma red social, tambi\u00e9n el viernes 8 de marzo, el presidente Petro\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/petrogustavo\/status\/1766262161280573579\"><em>cuestion\u00f3<\/em><\/a>\u00a0el procedimiento policial:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLas manifestaciones no se dispersan antes de proceder al dialogo. El gas solo se usa como \u00faltima instancia y si hay violencia.
