{"id":62469,"date":"2026-06-17T08:36:30","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T13:36:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=62469"},"modified":"2026-06-17T08:36:30","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T13:36:30","slug":"asegurado-presunto-responsable-de-agredir-a-un-patrullero-de-la-policia-en-soacha-cundinamarca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/asegurado-presunto-responsable-de-agredir-a-un-patrullero-de-la-policia-en-soacha-cundinamarca\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Asegurado presunto responsable de agredir a un patrullero de la Polic\u00eda en Soacha (Cundinamarca)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><em><strong>El procesado habr\u00eda atacado al uniformado cuando atend\u00eda un llamado de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Por solicitud de la\u00a0Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, un juez de control de garant\u00edas impuso medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario contra un hombre se\u00f1alado de\u00a0agredir a un patrullero de la Polic\u00eda Nacional\u00a0que intentaba detener el ataque que estaba perpetrando contra su compa\u00f1era sentimental en\u00a0Soacha (Cundinamarca).<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 8 de junio, en el barrio Julio Rinc\u00f3n de Soacha, donde la Polic\u00eda Nacional lleg\u00f3 para evitar que una\u00a0mujer fuera agredida por su excompa\u00f1ero permanente, quien, al parecer, intent\u00f3 ahorcarla y la amedrent\u00f3 con arma cortopunzante.<\/p>\n<p>En medio del hecho, el hombre, presuntamente,\u00a0hiri\u00f3 con arma blanca al patrullero en las manos para despojarlo de su arma de dotaci\u00f3n, por lo que fue capturado en flagrancia.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, un fiscal de la\u00a0Unidad de Reacci\u00f3n Inmediata (URI) de la\u00a0Seccional Cundinamarca\u00a0le imput\u00f3 los delitos de\u00a0violencia contra servidor p\u00fablico agravada y violencia intrafamiliar.\u00a0El procesado no acept\u00f3 los cargos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El procesado habr\u00eda atacado al uniformado cuando atend\u00eda un llamado de la ciudadan\u00eda.
