{"id":60389,"date":"2026-05-12T08:35:52","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T13:35:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=60389"},"modified":"2026-05-12T08:35:52","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T13:35:52","slug":"en-sucre-aseguran-a-un-hombre-senalado-de-abusar-sexualmente-de-una-menor-de-edad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/en-sucre-aseguran-a-un-hombre-senalado-de-abusar-sexualmente-de-una-menor-de-edad\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"En Sucre aseguran a un hombre se\u00f1alado de abusar sexualmente de una menor de edad"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h4><em>El se\u00f1alado agresor es un vecino de la v\u00edctima quien, al parecer, esperaba a que la madre de la menor saliera de la vivienda para invitarle a la suya y abusar de la ni\u00f1a.<\/em><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Labores investigativas\u00a0adelantadas por una fiscal de la\u00a0Unidad Especial de Investigaci\u00f3n de delitos contra Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes (UENNA)\u00a0permitieron judicializar a un hombre, presuntamente responsable de afectar la integridad sexual de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n determin\u00f3 que el procesado habr\u00eda abusado sexualmente de una menor de 11 de a\u00f1os en una vivienda del\u00a0barrio Altos del Rosario en Sincelejo (Sucre), hechos que ocurrieron los d\u00edas 23 y 31 de enero pasados.<\/p>\n<p>Labores de\u00a0polic\u00eda judicial\u00a0evidenciaron que el procesado, al parecer, aprovech\u00f3 la cercan\u00eda con la v\u00edctima, pues es su vecino. En tal condici\u00f3n lograba percatarse de los momentos en que la ni\u00f1a era dejada sola por su mam\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Estos \u00faltimos episodios habr\u00edan sido aprovechados por el investigado para persuadir con\u00a0enga\u00f1os a la ni\u00f1a\u00a0y lograr ingresarla a la residencia en la cual viv\u00eda donde la v\u00edctima era, presuntamente, sometida a m\u00faltiples vej\u00e1menes.<\/p>\n<p>Para evitar que la menor diera a conocer lo sucedido le habr\u00eda hecho ofrecimientos materiales y econ\u00f3micos. Una ciudadana que observ\u00f3 c\u00f3mo la v\u00edctima ingresaba a la vivienda del procesado alert\u00f3 a la mam\u00e1 de la v\u00edctima, quien present\u00f3 la denuncia.<\/p>\n<p>La captura estuvo en manos del\u00a0Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI), el pasado 30 de abril en Sincelejo (Sucre). La Fiscal\u00eda imput\u00f3 al procesado el delito de acto sexual y acceso carnal con menor de 14 a\u00f1os, cargo que no fue aceptado.
