Los cargos no fueron aceptados por el procesado.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 25 de febrero, cuando la v\u00edctima depart\u00eda con unos amigos en un establecimiento comercial del\u00a0sector Los Bancos.\u00a0Al salir del lugar, fue abordada por el hoy procesado, quien, ofreci\u00e9ndole sus servicios de mototaxista, la traslad\u00f3 hasta el barrio 20 de Julio.<\/p>\n<p>Al llegar a su vivienda, este hombre, al parecer, intimid\u00f3 y oblig\u00f3 a la mujer a subir, nuevamente, al veh\u00edculo, la llev\u00f3 a una casa abandonada, donde la agredi\u00f3 sexualmente y la lesion\u00f3 con\u00a0arma blanca\u00a0en varias partes del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Este hombre tambi\u00e9n fue imputado por otro fiscal de la seccional por el\u00a0delito de intimidaci\u00f3n o amenaza con arma de fuego, hechiza, blanca o menos letal; tras ser se\u00f1alado de amenazar con un cuchillo a una mujer de 41 a\u00f1os, a quien habr\u00eda obligado a subir a la motocicleta. Estos hechos ocurrieron el pasado 8 de marzo en el barrio San Nicol\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Servidores del\u00a0Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI), con apoyo de la\u00a0Polic\u00eda Nacional\u00a0capturaron al presunto agresor en el\u00a0barrio Las Am\u00e9ricas de Puerto As\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El procesado tambi\u00e9n habr\u00eda amenazado con arma cortopunzante a otra mujer que se neg\u00f3 a tomar su servicio.
