{"id":56364,"date":"2026-02-27T17:36:26","date_gmt":"2026-02-27T22:36:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=56364"},"modified":"2026-02-27T17:36:26","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T22:36:26","slug":"presunto-responsable-de-atacar-fisica-y-sexualmente-a-su-excompanera-permanente-en-cali-fue-asegurado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/presunto-responsable-de-atacar-fisica-y-sexualmente-a-su-excompanera-permanente-en-cali-fue-asegurado\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Presunto responsable de atacar f\u00edsica y sexualmente a su excompa\u00f1era permanente en Cali fue asegurado"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h4><em>El procesado someti\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima a un ciclo de violencia f\u00edsica, verbal y sexual, mediante intimidaciones.<\/em><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La\u00a0Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n\u00a0present\u00f3 ante un juez de control de garant\u00edas a un hombre se\u00f1alado de agredir f\u00edsica y sexualmente a su excompa\u00f1era permanente en hechos registrados en\u00a0Cali (Valle del Cauca).<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido una fiscal del\u00a0Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Integral a V\u00edctimas de Violencia Sexual\u00a0y Violencia Intrafamiliar (Caivas)\u00a0de la Seccional Cali le imput\u00f3 los delitos acceso carnal violento y violencia intrafamiliar agravada.<\/p>\n<p>En el desarrollo de las audiencias concentradas, el procesado no acept\u00f3 cargos y por disposici\u00f3n judicial fue afectado con\u00a0medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con los\u00a0elementos materiales probatorios\u00a0recaudados, los hechos investigados se presentaron entre julio y diciembre de 2025 en diversos inmuebles del barrio El Retiro, donde el hombre someti\u00f3 a maltratos f\u00edsicos, verbales y agresiones sexuales a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00faltimo evento ocurrido en diciembre de 2025, el presunto responsable mediante enga\u00f1os e intimidaciones oblig\u00f3 a la mujer a acudir a su vivienda donde la golpe\u00f3 y agredi\u00f3 sexualmente por varias horas.<\/p>\n<p>Este hombre fue capturado por funcionarios del\u00a0Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI)\u00a0con apoyo de uniformados de la\u00a0Polic\u00eda Nacional\u00a0en cumplimiento de una orden judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El procesado someti\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima a un ciclo de violencia f\u00edsica, verbal y sexual, mediante intimidaciones.
