{"id":56229,"date":"2026-02-26T03:19:02","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T08:19:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=56229"},"modified":"2026-02-26T05:33:45","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T10:33:45","slug":"condenada-mujer-que-acepto-su-participacion-en-la-planeacion-del-magnicidio-del-senador-y-precandidato-presidencial-miguel-uribe-turbay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/condenada-mujer-que-acepto-su-participacion-en-la-planeacion-del-magnicidio-del-senador-y-precandidato-presidencial-miguel-uribe-turbay\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Condenada mujer que acept\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n en la planeaci\u00f3n del magnicidio del senador y precandidato presidencial Miguel Uribe Turbay"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><em>Katherine Andrea Mart\u00ednez Mart\u00ednez asisti\u00f3 a reuniones previas, traslad\u00f3 y entreg\u00f3 a Elder Jos\u00e9 Arteaga Hern\u00e1ndez, alias Chipi, el arma de fuego que utilizada por el adolescente que dispar\u00f3 en contra de la v\u00edctima.<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Luego de valorar y aprobar los t\u00e9rminos del preacuerdo suscrito entre la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y Katherine Andrea Mart\u00ednez Mart\u00ednez, una juez penal del circuito especializado de Bogot\u00e1 conden\u00f3 a la mujer por su participaci\u00f3n en el\u00a0magnicidio del senador y precandidato presidencial Miguel Uribe Turbay,\u00a0ocurrido el 7 de junio de 2025, en el barrio Modelia, en el occidente de Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>En el curso de la investigaci\u00f3n se conoci\u00f3 que la procesada hizo parte de un grupo delincuencial dedicado a los homicidios selectivos y otros actos il\u00edcitos, y habr\u00eda sido contactada por Elder Jos\u00e9 Arteaga Hern\u00e1ndez,\u00a0uno de los se\u00f1alados articuladores del crimen,\u00a0para que se involucrara en la acci\u00f3n ilegal y recogiera en la localidad de Suba una pistola tipo Glock que hab\u00eda sido modificada para aumentar su letalidad.<\/p>\n<p>Mart\u00ednez Mart\u00ednez cumpli\u00f3 con la actividad encomendada, recibi\u00f3 y traslad\u00f3 el arma de\u00a0fuego a inmediaciones del parque El Golfito;\u00a0y, a bordo de un veh\u00edculo, se la entreg\u00f3 a Arteaga Hern\u00e1ndez, quien a su vez se la dio al adolescente que dispar\u00f3 contra la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>En atenci\u00f3n a la aceptaci\u00f3n voluntaria de estos y otros hechos posteriores, fue sentenciada a 21 a\u00f1os y 2 meses de prisi\u00f3n por los\u00a0delitos de homicidio, concierto para delinquir; y fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego,\u00a0accesorios, partes o municiones, todas las conductas agravadas.<\/p>\n<p>Katherine Andrea Mart\u00ednez Mart\u00ednez deber\u00e1 cumplir la pena privada de la libertad en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Katherine Andrea Mart\u00ednez Mart\u00ednez asisti\u00f3 a reuniones previas, traslad\u00f3 y entreg\u00f3 a Elder Jos\u00e9 Arteaga Hern\u00e1ndez, alias Chipi, el arma de fuego que utilizada por el adolescente que dispar\u00f3 en contra de la v\u00edctima.
