{"id":5583,"date":"2024-01-18T10:25:58","date_gmt":"2024-01-18T15:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=5583"},"modified":"2024-01-18T10:25:58","modified_gmt":"2024-01-18T15:25:58","slug":"armado-en-el-libano-un-hombre-fue-detenido-en-el-libano-por-el-porte-ilegal-de-arma-de-fuego","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/armado-en-el-libano-un-hombre-fue-detenido-en-el-libano-por-el-porte-ilegal-de-arma-de-fuego\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Armado en el L\u00edbano: un hombre fue detenido en el L\u00edbano por el porte ilegal de arma de fuego"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>En las pr\u00f3ximas horas el capturado ser\u00e1 presentado en audiencia virtual.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Con esta captura se logra prevenir delitos de alto impacto tales como el homicidio, lesiones personales, hurto, entre otros.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el marco de los lineamientos del Gobierno Nacional focalizados en la Seguridad Humana y el Plan Choque \u2018Seguridad 360\u2019, la Polic\u00eda Tolima en cabeza del se\u00f1or coronel Libardo Fabio Ojeda Eraso, con su personal del modelo nacional de vigilancia comunitaria por cuadrantes de la estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda L\u00edbano y Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, en las \u00faltimas horas lograron la captura de un sujeto a quien se le hall\u00f3 en su poder un arma de fuego con cartuchos, sin permiso para porte o tenencia.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho se present\u00f3 siendo la 09:52 de la ma\u00f1ana, momentos en que los uniformados realizaban planes y controles diferenciales sobre la vereda La Trina del municipio en menci\u00f3n, lugar donde gracias lograron la captura en flagrancia de un sujeto de 32 a\u00f1os, quien se movilizaba en una motocicleta de mediano cilindraje y al momento de realizarle registro e identificaci\u00f3n a persona, se le hall\u00f3 en su poder en un malet\u00edn, un arma de fuego tipo rev\u00f3lver calibre 32 mil\u00edmetros con 06 cartuchos para el mismo, sin permiso para porte o tenencia.<\/p>\n<p>El capturado, arma y munici\u00f3n, fueron dejados a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda N\u00b041 seccional del L\u00edbano, por el delito de fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones, el cual en las pr\u00f3ximas horas ser\u00e1 presentado en audiencia virtual.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe anotar que con resultados como estos se logran prevenir delitos de alto impacto tales como el homicidio, lesiones personales, hurto, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En las pr\u00f3ximas horas el capturado ser\u00e1 presentado en audiencia virtual.
