Esto significa que el 88,7% del total de las contrataciones de 2025 correspondi\u00f3 a mano de obra local.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Frente al balance del 2024, la mano de obra calificada local aument\u00f3 en 10,8%, lo que equivale a cerca de 26 mil empleos m\u00e1s.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por regiones:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; La Regional Central, conformada por los departamentos de Santander, Norte de Santander, Antioquia, Boyac\u00e1, Cundinamarca, Bol\u00edvar y Cesar, registr\u00f3 28 mil de vinculaciones, con un total de 28.739 trabajos generados, que equivalen al (33%) del total. Estas vinculaciones representan casi un 5% m\u00e1s que en 2024.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; La Regional Andina Oriente, con actividades en Puerto Gait\u00e1n (Meta), Huila, y Putumayo entre otros, tuvo 21.510 vinculaciones, (24,7% del total). Estas vinculaciones representan 7% m\u00e1s que en 2024.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; La Regional Orinoqu\u00eda, que comprende una amplia zona del departamento del Meta, gener\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de sus contratistas (18.724) puestos de trabajo (21,5% del total).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; La Regional Caribe, con operaciones en Bol\u00edvar, Sucre, Magdalena y La Guajira, report\u00f3 (5.355) contrataciones (6,1% del total).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; La Regional Piedemonte, con presencia en Casanare, Boyac\u00e1 y Arauca, tuvo (8.813) empleos (10,1%).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; En Bogot\u00e1 se generaron (3.989) vinculaciones (4,6%).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>Contrataci\u00f3n inclusiva<\/h2>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Aldemar Mej\u00eda, director de Abastecimiento Corporativo de Ecopetrol, explic\u00f3 que la entidad \u201ces una de las empresas que m\u00e1s contribuye a la generaci\u00f3n de empleo en Colombia; miles de colombianos aportan con su trabajo al crecimiento del negocio tradicional y a la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, convirti\u00e9ndose en motor que mueve el desarrollo sostenible del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>De las 21.189 vinculaciones laborales inclusivas, 17.528 corresponden a mujeres, 1.792 pertenecen a grupos \u00e9tnicos, 918 obtuvieron su primer empleo y 765 son v\u00edctimas del conflicto armado, entre otros sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em>Con informaci\u00f3n del Grupo Ecopetrol<\/em><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Del total de vinculaciones contratada por el Grupo Ecopetrol, 88,7% corresponde a mano de obra local, es decir, habitantes de las zonas donde la empresa desarrolla sus operaciones.
