{"id":53557,"date":"2026-01-22T03:45:24","date_gmt":"2026-01-22T08:45:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=53557"},"modified":"2026-01-21T08:46:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T13:46:14","slug":"imputan-cargos-al-alcalde-de-villa-de-leyva-boyaca-por-su-aparente-participacion-en-hechos-de-corrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/imputan-cargos-al-alcalde-de-villa-de-leyva-boyaca-por-su-aparente-participacion-en-hechos-de-corrupcion\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Imputan cargos al alcalde de Villa de Leyva (Boyac\u00e1) por su aparente participaci\u00f3n en hechos de corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><em>Al parecer, el mandatario local suscribi\u00f3 un contrato de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios para beneficiar a un familiar de la entonces secretaria de Desarrollo Social del municipio.<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la Seccional Boyac\u00e1, imput\u00f3 al actual alcalde del municipio de Villa de Leyva, V\u00edctor Alfonso Gamboa Chaparro, cargos como presunto coautor de los\u00a0delitos de contrato sin cumplimiento de requisitos legales y violaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen constitucional\u00a0o legal de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades.<\/p>\n<p>El mandatario local habr\u00eda incurrido en las referidas conductas luego de suscribir un contrato de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios con Javier Alex\u00e1nder M\u00fanevar Gonz\u00e1lez, para que se desempe\u00f1ara como\u00a0supervisor de maquinaria amarilla para el ente territorial.<\/p>\n<p>El material probatorio aportado evidencia que\u00a0la cuestionada firma se llev\u00f3 a cabo el 6 de febrero de 2024, a pesar de los v\u00ednculos familiares entre el contratista y la secretaria de Desarrollo Social, \u00c1ngela Johana M\u00fanevar Gonz\u00e1lez, pues son hermanos.<\/p>\n<p>Para la Fiscal\u00eda,\u00a0en este proceso no se tuvieron en cuenta los principios de planeaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n objetiva.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, se pudo verificar que los estudios previos a la referida contrataci\u00f3n fueron elaborados a partir de la propuesta que el propio contratista present\u00f3, pues habr\u00edan sido conocidos por la administraci\u00f3n con dos d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n.
