Del total pagado, $50,9 billones corresponden al Servicio de la Deuda, esto es, 45,2% del total apropiado por este concepto para todo el a\u00f1o.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Se\u00f1ala el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.presidencia.gov.co\/Documents\/250827-Ejecucion-PGN-Corte-Julio-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informe<\/a>\u00a0que, sin deuda, en los primeros siete meses del a\u00f1o se adquirieron compromisos contractuales por $235,7 billones (57%); es decir, 6,5% m\u00e1s que en julio 2024 ($221,4 billones). En ese lapso se recibieron bienes y servicios por $184,5 billones, correspondiente al 44,6% del gasto sin deuda autorizado para todo el a\u00f1o, que representa 1,8 puntos porcentuales superior a la registrada en julio de 2024 (42,9%).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>Ejecuci\u00f3n Funcionamiento por cuentas<\/h2>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La ejecuci\u00f3n de funcionamiento lleg\u00f3 a $329,3 billones (48,4%).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Las transferencias fueron el rubro de funcionamiento m\u00e1s representativo, con 75% del total anual programado, es decir $246 billones. De ese total se comprometieron $121,5 billones (49,4% del total anual) dirigidos a inversi\u00f3n territorial, pensiones y atenci\u00f3n en salud, entre otras.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Del total de transferencias, 90,6% correspondi\u00f3 a cuatro rubros: SGP, pensiones, aseguramiento en salud e instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Mientras tanto, la ejecuci\u00f3n de los gastos de personal sum\u00f3 $29,9 billones (49,5% del total apropiado), y de este monto 79,1% se origin\u00f3 en los sectores de defensa, rama judicial, fiscal\u00eda y organismos aut\u00f3nomos. Y la adquisici\u00f3n de bienes y servicios se ejecut\u00f3 de forma consistente con la austeridad del gasto, y lleg\u00f3 a $6,6 billones (35,8% del total).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>De acuerdo con el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.presidencia.gov.co\/Documents\/250827-Ejecucion-PGN-Corte-Julio-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informe<\/a>, en inversi\u00f3n se comprometieron $53,2 billones, 8,43% menos que lo comprometido en julio de 2024 ($58,1 billones).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La entrega de bienes y servicios asociada a la inversi\u00f3n sum\u00f3 $25,3 billones del valor anual programado, que equivale a 3,8% menos que en 2024.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0informe\u00a0del Ministerio de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico asegura que en los primeros siete meses de este a\u00f1o se han ejecutado $288,5 billones de los $525,8 billones aprobados para todo el a\u00f1o.
