Un fiscal seccional les imput\u00f3 los\u00a0delitos de peculado por apropiaci\u00f3n agravado, falsedad ideol\u00f3gica en documento p\u00fablico,\u00a0uso de documento falso, concierto para delinquir, hurtos por medios inform\u00e1ticos y semejantes, y acceso abusivo a un sistema inform\u00e1tico. Los cargos no fueron aceptados.<\/p>\n<p>Los elementos materiales probatorios dan cuenta de que la servidora judicial, aprovechando el rol que desempe\u00f1aba y que conoc\u00eda las contrase\u00f1as virtuales del despacho,\u00a0habr\u00eda autorizado el desembolso fraudulento de 529 t\u00edtulos a particulares\u00a0que no eran acreedores, ejecutantes, demandantes o apoderados judiciales, ni aportaban la documentaci\u00f3n requerida.<\/p>\n<p>Entre tanto, Pinto Fuentes y Ru\u00edz Acosta son se\u00f1alados de cobrar 519 y 1.176 t\u00edtulos, respectivamente, entre octubre de 2016 y septiembre de 2024,\u00a0por un valor superior a 678 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Por estos hechos, un juez penal de control de garant\u00edas impuso medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario a Salas Camargo y Ruiz Acosta; mientras que Pinto Fuentes deber\u00e1 permanecer privado de la libertad en su lugar de residencia.<\/p>\n<p>Los hoy procesados fueron capturados en Riohacha y Bogot\u00e1 por funcionarios del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI).<\/p>\n<p>Esta informaci\u00f3n se publica por razones de inter\u00e9s general.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La secretaria de un juzgado y dos particulares fueron judicializados por obtener de manera fraudulenta el desembolso de 1.695 t\u00edtulos judiciales.
