{"id":38305,"date":"2025-06-19T04:24:41","date_gmt":"2025-06-19T09:24:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=38305"},"modified":"2025-06-18T13:27:00","modified_gmt":"2025-06-18T18:27:00","slug":"aseguran-a-un-hombre-quien-diciendo-ser-brujo-habria-abusado-sexualmente-de-una-menor-de-edad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/aseguran-a-un-hombre-quien-diciendo-ser-brujo-habria-abusado-sexualmente-de-una-menor-de-edad\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Aseguran a un hombre quien, diciendo ser brujo, habr\u00eda abusado sexualmente de una menor de edad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong><em>En el curso de la investigaci\u00f3n se estableci\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima fue agredida en, por lo menos, cuatro oportunidades.\u00a0 Las agresiones ocurr\u00edan durante supuestos rituales.<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<figure id=\"attachment_317403\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-317403\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-317403\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Juan Carlos C\u00e1rdenas Bulla es se\u00f1alado de abusar sexualmente de una menor de 14 a\u00f1os, durante supuestos rituales de sanaci\u00f3n.El material probatorio presentado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, permiti\u00f3 que\u00a0un juez penal con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas de Cali (Valle del Cauca) impusiera medida de aseguramiento en\u00a0centro carcelario a\u00a0Juan Carlos C\u00e1rdenas Bulla.\u00a0Esta persona es se\u00f1alada de abusar sexualmente de una menor de 14 a\u00f1os, durante supuestos rituales de sanaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por esto, un fiscal de la Unidad Especial de Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos contra Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes (UENNA)\u00a0imput\u00f3 al procesado el delito de acceso carnal abusivo con menor de 14 a\u00f1os,\u00a0cargo que no fue aceptado.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n determin\u00f3 que el procesado se habr\u00eda ganado la confianza de los familiares de la v\u00edctima a quienes, entre 2021 y 2022, invit\u00f3 en varias ocasiones a una finca. En el lugar, y con la excusa de realizar limpiezas espirituales,\u00a0ped\u00eda apagar las luces y cerrar los ojos.<\/p>\n<p>Estos espacios habr\u00edan sido aprovechados por el procesado para acercarse a la menor y agredirla sexualmente.\u00a0La investigaci\u00f3n determin\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima fue abusada, en por lo menos, cuatro oportunidades.<\/p>\n<p>Inspecciones al lugar de los hechos, entrevistas y apoyos fotogr\u00e1ficos, permitieron identificar a C\u00e1rdenas Bulla, quien luego fue capturado en Cali, por\u00a0servidores del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) y la Sij\u00edn de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el curso de la investigaci\u00f3n se estableci\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima fue agredida en, por lo menos, cuatro oportunidades.\u00a0 Las agresiones ocurr\u00edan durante supuestos rituales.
