Adem\u00e1s, fue judicializada la novia del joven, por presuntamente intervenir para desviar la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por petici\u00f3n de una fiscal de la Seccional C\u00f3rdoba, un juez de control de garant\u00edas de Monter\u00eda, judicializ\u00f3 a Ang\u00e9lica Mar\u00eda Petro Gonz\u00e1lez, Jorge Camilo Gonz\u00e1lez Petro y Karol Milena Fl\u00f3rez Cuello. Estas personas fueron imputadas, seg\u00fan sus posibles responsabilidades individuales, por los\u00a0delitos de homicidio agravado,\u00a0ocultamiento de evidencias y favorecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n determin\u00f3 que la madrugada del 9 de julio de 2023, en el barrio La Pradera de Monter\u00eda (C\u00f3rdoba), se present\u00f3 una ri\u00f1a entre la v\u00edctima y Jorge Camilo Gonz\u00e1lez Petro. Al parecer, este \u00faltimo se llev\u00f3\u00a0una motocicleta que regres\u00f3 a altas horas de la noche,\u00a0lo cual gener\u00f3 la discusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el altercado, el joven habr\u00eda atacado al hombre con un objeto contundente. En los hechos intervino Ang\u00e9lica Mar\u00eda Petro Gonz\u00e1lez,\u00a0quien posiblemente encubri\u00f3 lo que hab\u00eda ocurrido con su compa\u00f1ero sentimental. Fl\u00f3rez Cuello, novia de la persona que us\u00f3 la moto, se sum\u00f3 para detener la agresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Herida, la v\u00edctima fue trasladada a un centro m\u00e9dico de Monter\u00eda donde permaneci\u00f3 hospitalizada, por m\u00e1s de 15 d\u00edas.\u00a0La gravedad de las heridas le provocaron la muerte.\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda constat\u00f3 que Fl\u00f3rez Cuello, al parecer, declar\u00f3 hechos contrarios a la realidad y omiti\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n con el prop\u00f3sito de omitir su responsabilidad, y encubrir lo hecho por su novio.<\/p>\n<p>Uniformados de la Sij\u00edn de la Polic\u00eda Nacional capturaron a los procesados el pasado 29 de mayo en el barrio La Pradera de Monter\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata de una madre y su hijo, quienes son se\u00f1alados de agredir a la v\u00edctima y encubrir el hecho.
