{"id":34753,"date":"2025-05-07T08:00:43","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T13:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=34753"},"modified":"2025-05-07T08:00:43","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T13:00:43","slug":"este-hombre-fue-judicializado-por-presuntamente-desaparecer-y-asesinar-a-una-docente-de-cordoba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/este-hombre-fue-judicializado-por-presuntamente-desaparecer-y-asesinar-a-una-docente-de-cordoba\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Este hombre fue judicializado por presuntamente desaparecer y asesinar a una docente de C\u00f3rdoba"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong><em>La mujer fue reportada como desaparecida el 28 de abril, su cuerpo fue encontrado amarrado a la motocicleta en que se movilizaba.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El material probatorio presentado por una fiscal de la Unidad de Vida de la Seccional C\u00f3rdoba permiti\u00f3 judicializar, ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas, a un hombre se\u00f1alado de incurrir\u00a0en el delito de feminicidio agravado\u00a0y desaparici\u00f3n forzada.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el ente investigador, el pasado 30 de abril la v\u00edctima,\u00a0docente de profesi\u00f3n, fue encontrada sin vida y atada a la motocicleta de su propiedad,\u00a0bajo el puente del r\u00edo San Pedro, jurisdicci\u00f3n de Puerto Libertador (C\u00f3rdoba).<\/p>\n<p>La mujer hab\u00eda sido reportada como desaparecida el 28 de abril,\u00a0luego de que saliera hacia su lugar de trabajo, ubicada en la vereda Alto La Ye.\u00a0Las \u00faltimas im\u00e1genes\u00a0 que se tienen de la v\u00edctima quedaron registradas en c\u00e1maras de seguridad ubicadas en la v\u00eda por la que se moviliz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El procesado fue detenido el pasado 1 de mayo por autoridades ind\u00edgenas. En ese momento, al parecer,\u00a0el hombre suministr\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n sobre los hechos en los que le habr\u00eda quitado la vida y desaparecido a la v\u00edctima.\u00a0Sin embargo, en medio de las audiencias preliminares no acept\u00f3 los cargos endilgados.<\/p>\n<p>Por orden del funcionario judicial, el procesado fue asegurado en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La mujer fue reportada como desaparecida el 28 de abril, su cuerpo fue encontrado amarrado a la motocicleta en que se movilizaba.
