Padre e hija forman parte de la delegaci\u00f3n del Tolima que participa en los VI Juegos Deportivos Paranacionales. Ellos son entrenadores en la disciplina de Ajedrez, Jaime con los deportistas de la modalidad f\u00edsico y auditivo. Estefan\u00eda, en la modalidad visual.<\/p>\n<p>Estefan\u00eda tiene 26 a\u00f1os, es psic\u00f3loga y desde los 12 a\u00f1os fue deportista activa de Ajedrez, hasta lograr la norma internacional de Maestra FIDE. Su padre, Jaime, es formador de varias generaciones de deportistas. Hoy en d\u00eda, ellos comparten ese gusto y esa afici\u00f3n por el Ajedrez orientando a los deportistas que representan al Tolima en las Justas del Eje Cafetero.<\/p>\n<p>Para Jaime es gratificante ver el desarrollo profesional de su hija Estefan\u00eda, y para Estefan\u00eda es muy positivo poder estar unida a su padre en algo que aman como lo es el deporte. Jaime cuenta que tienen a veces desavenencias porque no concuerdan en conceptos, Estefan\u00eda habla de la motivaci\u00f3n que el Ajedrez le genera para afianzarse como familia.<\/p>\n<p>El Tolima es un departamento donde el deporte ha unido a los directivos, a los deportistas, a las administraciones, y une tambi\u00e9n las familias. El deporte en el Tolima es un motor de generaci\u00f3n de oportunidades, de transformaci\u00f3n de la sociedad y tambi\u00e9n de formaci\u00f3n de talentos.<\/p>\n<p>Jaime deja su legado en Estefan\u00eda, quien ense\u00f1a a algunos m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes y otros mayores que ella, pero siempre con ese amor y pasi\u00f3n por el deporte que se ha reflejado en el trabajo que realizan con los deportistas, en lo que ha sido la etapa previa y ahora la presencia en los Juegos Deportivos Paranacionales del Eje Cafetero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Cr\u00e9ditos: Gobernaci\u00f3n del Tolmia<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En los Juegos Deportivos ParaNacionales, Jaime y Estefan\u00eda C\u00e9spedes demuestran que el amor por el deporte trasciende los v\u00ednculos afectivos y familiares.
