La Fiscal\u00eda indaga si hay m\u00e1s v\u00edctimas del presunto agresor.<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>El material probatorio aportado por una fiscal de la Seccional Sucre permiti\u00f3 que un juez de control de garant\u00edas impusiera medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario contra un hombre de 54 a\u00f1os, a quien la Fiscal\u00eda imput\u00f3 el delito de acto sexual violento agravado.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en marzo de 2023 cuando el ahora procesado se desempe\u00f1aba como docente de biolog\u00eda en un establecimiento educativo agropecuario, ubicado en zona rural del municipio de Palmitos (Sucre).<\/p>\n<p>Labores de polic\u00eda judicial evidencian que el hombre, al parecer, habr\u00eda agredido sexualmente a una estudiante de 14 a\u00f1os en el laboratorio de qu\u00edmica del plantel.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 21 de febrero, servidores del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) y uniformados de la Polic\u00eda de Infancia y Adolescencia de Sucre capturaron al docente en la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Sucre, lugar al cual hab\u00eda sido asignado por el magisterio para permitir la investigaci\u00f3n penal en su contra avanzara sin contratiempos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante las audiencias, el imputado neg\u00f3 su responsabilidad frente a los cargos en su contra.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda investiga las circunstancias que habr\u00edan rodeado las agresiones sexuales de las que fue v\u00edctima otra estudiante en hechos similares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en un establecimiento educativo ubicado en zona rural de Palmitos (Sucre).
