Se logr\u00f3 recuperar un celular y gran cantidad de dinero"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong><em>El operativo de captura se dio en el barrio centro de la ciudad de la Tambora.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>A esta hora contin\u00faan los operativos contra el delito en todo el departamento.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En desarrollo de la estrategia integral contra en delito en especial el hurto en todas sus modalidades, el Departamento de Polic\u00eda Tolima, con su personal del grupo de Turismo y Patrimonio Nacional en conjunto con la unidad b\u00e1sica de investigaci\u00f3n criminal Sijin de la estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Espinal, logr\u00f3 en las \u00faltimas horas la captura de un sujeto y la recuperaci\u00f3n de un celular y dinero.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 alrededor de la 08:55 de la ma\u00f1ana, momentos en que los uniformados realizaban planes y controles diferenciales en bicicleta, en el marco de la operaci\u00f3n ordenada por el comando del departamento sobre la zona Comercial del barrio Centro de dicha poblaci\u00f3n. Lugar donde lograron la captura en flagrancia de un sujeto de 32 a\u00f1os, quien al parecer minutos antes habr\u00eda ingresado a un establecimiento comercial hurtando un equipo m\u00f3vil celular gama media y la suma de $248.000 en efectivo, siendo v\u00edctima una persona de sexo femenino de 40 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El capturado, dinero y celular, fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda local N\u00b045 local de El Espinal, por el delito de hurto, el cual a esta hora se encuentra siendo presentado en audiencia virtual para definir su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>Es de anotar que el hoy capturado cuenta con anotaciones judiciales por los delitos de hurto y tr\u00e1fico, fabricaci\u00f3n o porte de estupefacientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El operativo de captura se dio en el barrio centro de la ciudad de la Tambora.
