{"id":26582,"date":"2024-11-28T08:17:54","date_gmt":"2024-11-28T13:17:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=26582"},"modified":"2024-11-28T08:17:54","modified_gmt":"2024-11-28T13:17:54","slug":"la-disciplina-de-parapowerlifting-le-da-una-nueva-medalla-al-tolima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/la-disciplina-de-parapowerlifting-le-da-una-nueva-medalla-al-tolima\/deportes\/","title":{"rendered":"La disciplina de Parapowerlifting le d\u00e1 una nueva medalla al Tolima"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Nickman D\u00edaz fue el encargado de darle al departamento otra medalla de plata con esta disciplina.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A tempranas horas de este 27 de noviembre se dio inicio a la competencia de Parapowerlifting en el Centro de Convenciones de Armenia, donde Tolima tuvo representaci\u00f3n con Nickman D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n<p>Nickman se enfrent\u00f3 a competidores del Valle y Bogot\u00e1, donde cada uno ten\u00eda la oportunidad de hacer tres movimientos para poder buscar cupo en el podio de la categor\u00eda de 49kg.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edaz, realiz\u00f3 bien dos de los tres movimientos y lo m\u00e1ximo que logr\u00f3 levantar fue un peso de 95kg que lo llevaron a obtener el segundo lugar del podio que comparti\u00f3 con 2 deportistas del Valle.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEs una medalla que vale much\u00edsimo para nosotros, una medalla de plata muy luchada, de mucho trabajo, mucha disciplina sobretodo del deportista, mejoramos nuestra marca personal.
