Informaci\u00f3n en poder del ente acusador permiti\u00f3 imputar al investigado con el delito de actos sexuales abusivos con menor de 14 a\u00f1os, cargo que no acept\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Labores de polic\u00eda judicial evidenciaron que el pasado 18 de octubre el procesado, al parecer, someti\u00f3 a una de las v\u00edctimas a tocamientos de \u00edndole sexual.\u00a0Un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s habr\u00eda incurrido en la misma conducta con otra menor, hermana de la primera v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00faltimo hecho fue denunciado por la madre de las ni\u00f1as, quien sorprendi\u00f3 al hombre cuando, al parecer, intentaba tocar las partes \u00edntimas de la infante.<\/p>\n<p>Servidores del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Nacional capturaron al procesado en Timb\u00edo, en cumpliendo una orden de captura.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El procesado es un \u2018influencer\u2019 de Timb\u00edo (Cauca) reconocido por emitir mensajes en defensa de la familia.
