{"id":22721,"date":"2024-10-03T04:57:04","date_gmt":"2024-10-03T09:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=22721"},"modified":"2024-10-02T12:57:25","modified_gmt":"2024-10-02T17:57:25","slug":"asegurado-presunto-responsable-de-hurtar-en-40-oportunidades-un-almacen-de-cadena-en-el-valle-de-aburra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/asegurado-presunto-responsable-de-hurtar-en-40-oportunidades-un-almacen-de-cadena-en-el-valle-de-aburra\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Asegurado presunto responsable de hurtar en 40 oportunidades un almac\u00e9n de cadena en el Valle de Aburr\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong><i>Varios de los hurtos habr\u00edan sucedido mientras el hombre estaba bajo detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria.<\/i><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p>Por solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, un juez de control de garant\u00edas impuso medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario contra Davinson Fl\u00f3rez Laverde,\u00a0presunto responsable de 40 eventos de\u00a0hurto calificado y agravado, cargos que no acept\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, adelantada por el CTI, los hechos ocurrieron entre junio de 2023 y\u00a0el pasado 15 de septiembre.\u00a0Los delitos habr\u00edan sido cometidos en varios locales comerciales de un reconocido almac\u00e9n de cadena ubicado en Medell\u00edn y el Valle de Aburr\u00e1.\u00a0Se calcula que el procesado se habr\u00eda apropiado de cerca de 45 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el procesado habr\u00eda ingresado a los establecimientos de comercio donde simulaba comprar productos, y al momento de pagar amenazaba con arma de fuego a los empleados, a quienes obligaba a que les entregara el dinero de la caja registradora.<\/p>\n<p>Por estos hechos servidores del CTI capturaron el pasado 27 de septiembre en el municipio de Bello a Fl\u00f3rez Laverde.<\/p>\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n en poder del ente acusador evidenciar\u00eda que varios de los hurtos fueron cometidos en violaci\u00f3n a la medida de aseguramiento domiciliaria que le hab\u00eda sido impuesta al procesado desde el pasado el 17 de febrero cuando fue capturado, mientras intentaba hurtar un local de la misma tienda de comercio en el barrio Robledo.
