{"id":18644,"date":"2024-07-31T07:47:32","date_gmt":"2024-07-31T12:47:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=18644"},"modified":"2024-07-31T07:47:32","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T12:47:32","slug":"carcel-para-tres-hombres-que-habrian-asesinado-a-un-joven-por-robarle-un-celular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/carcel-para-tres-hombres-que-habrian-asesinado-a-un-joven-por-robarle-un-celular\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00e1rcel para tres hombres que habr\u00edan asesinado a un joven por robarle un celular"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Los procesados habr\u00edan abordado a la v\u00edctima en horas de la noche cuando se dirig\u00eda a su vivienda, ubicada en la localidad de Usme, sur de Bogot\u00e1.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n present\u00f3 ante un juez de control de garant\u00edas a Jheyns Estiven Ram\u00edrez Cer\u00f3n, Carlos Steven Sastre Mendieta y Kiener David Berrio Torres, presuntamente implicados en el homicidio de un joven de 26 a\u00f1os a quien habr\u00edan asaltado para hurtarle sus pertenencias.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n adelantada por la Fiscal\u00eda da cuenta de que el pasado 18 de julio, la v\u00edctima se dirig\u00eda a su vivienda en el barrio Villas de Bol\u00edvar de la localidad de Usme, en el sur de Bogot\u00e1, donde habr\u00eda sido abordado por los tres procesados quienes, se cree, lo despojaron de su celular y billetera.<\/p>\n<p>Tras cometer el hurto le habr\u00edan propinado varias heridas con un arma cortopunzante en el pecho y la espalda, dejando gravemente herido y huyeron del lugar.<\/p>\n<p>La v\u00edctima fue trasladada al hospital de Meissen donde fue intervenida quir\u00fargicamente, pero falleci\u00f3 debido a la gravedad de las lesiones.<\/p>\n<p>Los tres hombres fueron capturados el pasado 18 de julio en Bogot\u00e1.
