{"id":15902,"date":"2024-06-08T04:54:05","date_gmt":"2024-06-08T09:54:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/?p=15902"},"modified":"2024-06-07T23:54:46","modified_gmt":"2024-06-08T04:54:46","slug":"este-falso-chaman-habria-abusado-sexualmente-mujeres-con-falsos-riegos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciudadyregion.com.co\/index.php\/este-falso-chaman-habria-abusado-sexualmente-mujeres-con-falsos-riegos\/judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Este falso cham\u00e1n habr\u00eda abusado sexualmente mujeres\u00a0con falsos \u2018riegos\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><i>Se acercaba a las v\u00edctimas con el prop\u00f3sito de hacerles una limpieza, porque, supuestamente, les hab\u00edan hecho brujer\u00eda.<\/i><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><i>En Tumaco (Nari\u00f1o) tambi\u00e9n lo investigan por otros tres hechos similares, uno de ellos ya tiene escrito de acusaci\u00f3n.<\/i><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n logr\u00f3 que un juez de control de garant\u00edas enviara a la c\u00e1rcel a Jorge Arturo Salazar Caicedo, alias \u2018El Cham\u00e1n\u2019, se\u00f1alado de enga\u00f1ar a mujeres con falsos \u2018riegos\u2019 para abusarlas sexualmente en Cali (Valle del Cauca).<\/p>\n<p>Los elementos materiales probatorios y evidencia f\u00edsica recaudados, dan cuenta de que Salazar Caicedo se acercaba a mujeres indefensas entre los 15 y 25 a\u00f1os, y mediante enga\u00f1os les indicaba que estaban embrujadas y que necesitaban una limpieza o de lo contrario morir\u00edan o le suceder\u00eda algo a sus familias.<\/p>\n<p>El hombre al parecer citaba a las v\u00edctimas en moteles ubicados en el centro de la capital vallecaucana o cercanos a los barrios Mariano Ramos y Rep\u00fablica de Israel, donde las encerraba, golpeaba y abusaba sexualmente, al tiempo que las coaccionaba con amenazas de atentar contra sus familiares si contaban lo sucedido.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda le atribuye su posible responsabilidad en tres hechos ocurridos el 9 de septiembre de 2023 con una joven de 18 a\u00f1os, el 24 de enero de 2024 con una v\u00edctima de 19 a\u00f1os y el pasado 19 de febrero con una mujer de 20 a\u00f1os. En estos casos fueron citadas en hoteles del centro de Cali.<\/p>\n<p>Personal de la Sij\u00edn de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, con apoyo del Ej\u00e9rcito, capturaron al hombre en zona rural de Tumaco (Nari\u00f1o), el pasado 3 de junio.
