Ese d\u00eda el investigado, al parecer, golpe\u00f3 en varias oportunidades al ni\u00f1o. La agresi\u00f3n se habr\u00eda cometido con un objeto contundente.<\/p>\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n en poder de la Fiscal\u00eda determin\u00f3 que los maltratos se cometieron mientras el menor de 3 a\u00f1os estaba a solas con el investigado, pues la madre de la v\u00edctima se encontraba laborando.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, el presunto agresor habr\u00eda manifestado que el ni\u00f1o hab\u00eda sido golpeado por su hermanito de 5 a\u00f1os. Sin embargo, las labores de Polic\u00eda judicial evidenciaron que el menor fue agredido por orinarse en la cama.<\/p>\n<p>Los golpes generaron al menor una incapacidad m\u00e9dico legal provisional de 25 d\u00edas y en la actualidad contin\u00faa recibiendo atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en un centro asistencial.<\/p>\n<p>El procesado fue conducido a un Centro de Paso Temporal para evitar que fuera agredido por la comunidad. Horas despu\u00e9s fue capturado por orden judicial y llevado ante el juez de garant\u00edas.
