Seg\u00fan se logr\u00f3 determinar ese d\u00eda Tulia Cristina Mej\u00eda Molina, de 60 a\u00f1os, caminaba en compa\u00f1\u00eda de dos 2 mujeres m\u00e1s por una de las ciclov\u00edas habilitadas en la capital antioque\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Versiones preliminares dan cuenta de que las mujeres fueron embestidas por un veh\u00edculo que se movilizaba a alta velocidad, y el cual ser\u00eda conducido por el ahora procesado y quien, se cree, estaba en estado de alicoramiento.<\/p>\n<p>La pronta atenci\u00f3n de urgencias prestada a las v\u00edctimas permiti\u00f3 que dos de ellas sobrevivieran. Infortunadamente, Mej\u00eda Molina falleci\u00f3 cuando era trasladada a un centro asistencial.<\/p>\n<p>El informe preliminar de tr\u00e1nsito gener\u00f3 grado 2, sobre la prueba de alcoholemia practicada al procesado.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f3mez Osorno fue presentado ante un juez de control de garant\u00edas, quien se abstuvo de imponerle medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad.<\/p>\n<p>El investigado no acept\u00f3 su responsabilidad en cuanto a delito imputado por la Fiscal\u00eda; pero continuar\u00e1 vinculado al proceso penal en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n imput\u00f3 a Pablo G\u00f3mez Osorno, de 23 a\u00f1os, como presunto responsable del delito de homicidio con dolo eventual.
